Day Twelve Tuesday
Work Day 12 and here I sit still trying not to surf the web or update Facebook
Trying to stay (look) busy with none of the work that I have. There truly is only so much playing in the system that one can do and remain lucid.
Thank you for the trashcan. It was kind of you to bring one over.
Thank you whoever you are for filling the machine with seventy-five cent Diet Dr. Pepper. It’s the best money I spend all day.
Darn that I’m a dime short for my desired second today.
I remain unsure how I feel about discovering long gray hairs when I use the flat iron every Monday morning. I need to stop thinking about it.
My prayer today is that I remember to constantly be grateful for all of the too-many-blessings to count.
And, it’s my daughter’s birthday today – and mine. She was the best birthday present ever. And still is year after year.

Happy Birthday to you … both of you!
