Recipe: Cabbage Salad

Thank you, dear sister, for the mouth-watering and, dare I say, healthy Cabbage Salad recipe. My husband tried yours and demanded me to make it (gee, thanks again!).

Salad
½ Head each of Red and White Cabbage (chopped fine)
White Cabbage
Fresh Garlic, 2 cloves chopped
1/2 an Onion, chopped
Cilantro (handful chopped)
Chopped Almonds (if desired – add right before serving)

Dressing
4 T Soy Sauce
1/4 C Sesame Oil
1/4 C Olive Oil
2 T Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Whisk the Dressing together and pour over the rest.

Refrigerate at least an hour or so or even over night to really let the flavors meld.
