Where your food is necessary fuel for your body, and your life and social activities no longer revolve around it? Well, I do, and I want to live a healthier and fuller life for innumerous reasons. Will you join me on this journey to a Healthy Life? Can you make the commitment like I have?
Let’s encourage and cheer the other on! We will envision where we want to be in our lives and what exactly that looks like – Is it more cooking at home instead of eating out (me! me!)? Is it finally giving up the diet soda (me! me!) and choosing water instead? And knowing where we want to go – a Healthy Life – and what that looks like helps us clearly identify how to get there.

food is necassary fuel for my body…but i love it soo much, and i’m not just talking about emoitional eating. i love cooking a big fancy dinner with my chica friend and then savoring over it with friends and a great bottle of wine! we do this almost weekly. good food is about friends, bonding, satisfaction…i don’t think that’s wrong? and sometimes *gasp* i make a sauce with a whole stick of REAL butter….and nothing you can say will make me believe it ” is just as good with low-calorie butter substitute”. i pray to julia child…don’t make me give up my delicious food!
but, okay…i could snack less, and make better choices!
