End of 2nd Week and 3rd Interview

Before I discuss my week three goals, let me revisit how I did in week two. My week two goals were very clear: From Monday 1/26 to Sunday 2/1, I was to do 4 Cardio routines and 3 Weight Routines.

Drum roll please… I did 2 Cardio and 2 Weight Routines.

Sigh. That’s 4 out of 7. Or 70%, which is a D, if I’m being graded. Maybe a C-.

I started strong Monday through Thursday. Friday night I was simply exhausted from the week. And then the weekend hit – full of kid-basketball-games and a party and then just plain-laziness on Sunday.

One way to combat the Friday-after-work tiredness, which isn’t going to go away, is to work out EARLY on Friday morning and not wait until after work. And then that leaves Saturday. I believe the same answer is relevant there.

When I know it’s going to be challenging getting the workout in, I need to do it early, at the start of the day.

Here’s to Week 3!

Oh, and I did weigh myself – 5 pounds down. No change in measurements though. But that’s OK – I’ll measure and weight again next Sunday.

    yeah! 5 lbs! and 70% is definitely a C…..great job, keep it up!
