Recipe: Tuna Patties

Unlike the poorly received Mashed Cauliflower, these Tuna Patties were an all-around hit with my family. And super easy and healthy too. A busy mom has to love these!

I found the recipe on Spark People and changed it up just a bit.

Tuna Patties

3 12 oz canned in water tuna, drained
½ cup Italian bread crumbs, maybe a bit more
1 diced onions
2 stalks celery
Garlic, pepper, other loved spices
1 cup egg beaters
Sauté onions and celery

Mix all other ingredients in big bowl
Add veggies to bowl and mix well
Form into patties
Spray pan with fat free spray and brown patties a couple minutes on each side

I made a dipping sauce as well but the kids and my husband hardly touched it. I mixed plain yogurt with a bit of fat free sour cream and spices. They liked the patties solo.
